Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at LUVODI. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. This policy applies only to products purchased from the LUVODI Shopify.

1. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns without a valid reason. 

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

You may apply for a refund or exchange if one of the following conditions is met:

①The product has quality issues. (Within two months)
②Wrong items were sent.
③The product does not match the description (please provide specific examples)
④You never received the product.

3. 7-Day Full Refund Policy

If you receive a product in bad condition or encounter any of the issues listed above, you have the right to apply for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns After 7 Days

For returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery that are not due to quality issues or our error (e.g., wrong size or color sent by us), you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, as well as a fee of US$20 for reshipping the replacement.

4. Functional Warranty and Support

Within 2 months of purchase: If you receive a product with functional defects, please inspect all features upon arrival. We offer free return or replacement for functionally defective items within 60 days of purchase.

After 2 months of purchase: For functional issues that arise after 2 months, we will provide replacement parts to help you resolve the problem.

We provide a 12-month warranty on products sold (starting from the date of sale).

5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To process your request, please email us at luvodirambos@gmail.com with the following information:

①Your order number.
②Images of the product you wish to return or exchange.
③Evidence (pictures or videos) clearly showing the defect or issue.

Upon verification of the circumstances, we will provide you with either a refund or a replacement.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within two business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 8–10 business days after approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as they may require additional time to process the refund. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us again at luvodirambos@gmail.com.
