1. Delivery Times & Processing
We ship from local warehouses worldwide to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • Australia: 3-6 business days
  • European Countries: 4-8 business days

Please note: These are estimated times and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as public holidays. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us.

3. Shipping Carriers & Costs
We partner with trusted global and local carriers—including DHL, GLS, DDP, FedEx, Toll, Yodel, and Evri—to deliver your orders reliably. Our system automatically selects the best option for your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to most of the countries we serve.
  • Small Fee for Some Areas: For a small number of European destinations, a minimal shipping fee (under €10) may be applied. The exact cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. What About Out-of-Stock Items?
We strive to keep all items in stock. In the rare event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email. You will have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked (we will provide an estimated date), or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Multiple Items & Tracking
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from the nearest warehouse to ensure speedier delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link for each parcel as it is dispatched.
